Explore a unique blend of gentle, yin, flow, kundalini, tantra, and meditation.
This class is geared for all levels; beginners through advanced welcomed. In this class you will be gently guided to connect to your soul through movement, breath, and relaxation. Each class may be a little different, offering a variety of styles to awaken the heart and relax the mind.
Wed 10:00-11:00am Mind Body Reset w/ Marlene Glaser
Focus on releasing restrictions in your hips, shoulders, and other areas. Build strength and stability for your joints, muscles, and athletic performance. Relax your mind and remove mental blocks. All levels from just beginning yoga to intermediate.
Fri 10:00-11:30am Yin Yang w/ Marlene Glaser
Slow & deep exploration of mind and body with a Yin practice that uses comfortable props, such as blankets and blocks, to help ease the release of tight tissues with poses held for a longer time than regular Hatha Yoga classes. Increase your flexibility with Yin yoga as well as the Yang aspects of the practice that focus on increasing core strength and joint stability. Beginner to Advanced students.
Sat. 10:00-11:00am Balance & Breathe: Hatha Yoga w/ Shauna Kaye
Hatha Yoga promotes balance, rejuvenates the mind, body and spirit and promotes inner peace.
Flow slowly, and intentionally with an emphasis on correct alignment during asana, or physical, yoga practice. We will stretch the body, creating space & gently strengthen to ground down into our foundation. Explore pranayama, mantras, mudras, mindfulness, self-care and more.
